The Cintruénigo-based company, which manufactures tooling and metal structures for different sectors, has taken a fundamental step in its growth and diversification strategy with the acquisition of the prestigious Galician companies Talleres Mecánicos Galicia S.L. (TMG) and Insder. This integration strengthens its presence in the sector and allows it to expand its capabilities and project portfolio, especially in the offshore wind, marine, automotive and renewable energy industries.
TMG and Insder are recognised nationally and internationally as leading suppliers of metal structures for key sectors such as the naval, automotive, defence, civil engineering and renewable energy industries. Among its most important clients are Navantia, Nervión Industries, Windar, Urovesa, AGI and Darchen. The integration of TMG and Insder will allow to take advantage of synergies with EPER’s activities, ensuring the continuity and growth of its operations with the support of its current staff and management teams.
Thanks to this strategic action, EPER will have three production centres strategically distributed in the Iberian Peninsula. This will allow the company to expand its portfolio of projects and clients, with a special emphasis on those in the offshore wind industry thanks to the new port location. The continuity of TMG and Insder’s activities, supported by their current staff and management teams, ensures a smooth transition and the preservation of the knowledge and experience accumulated over the years.
