CENER (National Renewable Energy Centre), a member of Enercluster, has obtained certification of compliance with the National Security Framework (ENS), after passing the corresponding audit by an independent body.
This certification, regulated by Royal Decree 311/2022, confirms that the centre meets a demanding framework of organisational and technical measures in information security.
The ENS aims to protect information, guarantee privacy and ensure the continuity of digital services. In CENER’s case, it supports the confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity and traceability of the information it handles and of the services it provides, including those considered critical.
With this recognition, the centre strengthens its level of protection against cyber threats and provides an additional guarantee of reliability to the clients, partners and entities with which it develops its projects.
The certification consolidates CENER’s technological robustness as a leading centre for research and development in the renewable sector.
