On 31 May, the new initiative organised by Enercluster was launched to promote the transfer of good practices between partners and thus add value to all links in the chain. With this objective in mind, the cycle of webinars on success stories and best practices was born; digital meetings in which various professionals share a positive experience that can be applied in other companies.
The companies featured on this first day were Naitec and Tesicnor. The session was opened by Estibaliz Armendariz, Senior Project Manager at Naitec, who presented cases of companies that have undertaken digital transformation processes based on different degrees of digitisation in which the treatment of data has been key.
Subsequently, David González, Director of the Development and Management Department of Tesicnor, explained how virtual reality is a very useful tool for undertaking training processes of complex operations, allowing training in a safe environment and improving the learning experience.
