Laulagun Bearings, a member company of ENERCLUSTER, has been recognised with the New Culture Award at the ADEGI 2026 Awards, presented during Business Day, organised by the Association of Gipuzkoa Companies (ADEGI) yesterday in Donostia-San Sebastián.
This award recognises organisations that promote new approaches to management, leadership and workplace relationships, contributing to the transformation and competitiveness of the business community.
Laulagun Bearings was one of four organisations recognised in this year’s awards, alongside Grupo Unceta (Rootedness Award), Elmubas Petfood Group (Sustainability Award) and Cyber Surgery (New Business Award).
The event brought together companies, institutions and stakeholders from Gipuzkoa’s business ecosystem to reflect on the challenges organisations face in a context of economic and social transformation, with a focus on adaptation, leadership and competitiveness.
