Enercluster participates in WindEurope 2026 and strengthens the international projection of Navarra’s wind sector

Enercluster refuerza la presencia de la industria eólica navarra en WindEurope 2026

Enercluster participated in WindEurope 2026, one of the main European wind energy events, held from 21 to 23 April at IFEMA Madrid.

The event brought together more than 16,000 professionals, 500 exhibiting companies and hundreds of speakers around the main challenges and opportunities of the wind energy sector, consolidating its position as a key platform for knowledge exchange, partnership building and the presentation of technological advances.

A shared space for Navarra’s industry

Enercluster took part with a joint stand together with nine associated companies: Barranquesa, Erekaldea, Fluitecnik, Grupo Inerzia, Laneko, Leadernet, NKE Fersa, Renercycle and Rose Holm.

This shared space made it possible to showcase the industrial and technological capabilities of Navarra’s ecosystem, as well as its positioning across the entire wind energy value chain, both onshore and offshore.

Over the three days of the event, the stand served as a meeting point for companies, institutions and sector stakeholders, facilitating meetings, contacts and collaboration opportunities at both national and international level.

Innovation, value chain and energy transition

This year’s edition focused on key aspects for the development of the sector, such as technological innovation, the deployment of offshore wind —including floating wind—, advanced maintenance of installations and solutions related to recycling and sustainability.

In this context, wind energy continues to consolidate its role as a strategic element for advancing the energy transition in Europe, with a relevant contribution to decarbonisation, security of supply and industrial competitiveness.

The participation of Enercluster and its associated companies has reinforced their positioning in this scenario, highlighting the importance of having a strong, specialised supply chain aligned with the sector’s evolving challenges.

Institutional collaboration and international projection

During the event, the Enercluster stand was visited by institutional representatives, including the Secretary of State for Energy, Joan Groizard, and the Regional Minister for Economic and Business Development of the Government of Navarra, Mikel Irujo Amezaga.

These visits highlight the importance of collaboration between public administrations and the business sector as a key element to drive the development of the industry and strengthen its competitiveness.

Participation in WindEurope 2026 has enabled Enercluster to consolidate its role as a driving force within Navarra’s renewable energy ecosystem and to strengthen the international projection of its associated companies.
