Construcciones Ecay, S.L. is a construction company based in Pamplona (Navarra), founded in 1969 under the name M. Ecay, starting out as a family-owned business. In 1987, the company was restructured as Construcciones Ecay, gradually consolidating its position as a specialised contractor with extensive experience in civil engineering, industrial, public use and residential works.
Although its activity covers a wide range of building and infrastructure projects, the company has developed a strong specialisation in civil engineering works linked to the energy and renewable energy sectors, which currently represent one of its core business areas.
Today, Construcciones Ecay focuses particularly on the development of civil infrastructure associated with the energy sector. The company has extensive experience in the execution of wind farms, having participated in projects with a total installed capacity exceeding 324 MW, as well as in the construction of evacuation lines associated with power generation infrastructures.
The company has a solid track record in civil engineering works related to wind farms, electrical substations, underground high-voltage lines (UHV), access roads, platforms, ducting systems and auxiliary works for energy generation and evacuation. In this field, it has executed more than 1,100,000 m³ of earthworks in wind farm projects, providing technical solutions tailored to the specific characteristics and geotechnical conditions of each site.
Construcciones Ecay delivers projects for both public and private clients, managing all phases of construction in an integrated manner, from earthworks, foundations and structures, through to the coordination of electromechanical installations, assembly and commissioning.
