We manage the entire process comprehensively, without intermediaries: preliminary design, executive project, manufacturing, transportation, and on-site assembly. We have developed our own 3D modular construction system, enabling us to deliver 100% off-site projects fully equipped, including all necessary installations. This approach guarantees execution timelines, full quality control, and strict compliance with the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE) and any specific sector regulations required, such as EI60–EI120 fire compartmentation, ADR, and APQ regulations, among others.
Our team consists of professionals with over 25 years of experience, organized into specialized departments including BIM Technical Office, Business Development, Operations/Logistics, and experts in welding, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Our facilities are located in Arazuri (Navarre) and have a production capacity of 35,000 m² per year, allowing us to manufacture everything from simple modular solutions to large-scale buildings with more complex requirements.

Prefabricated changing rooms and bathrooms: Ideal for any type of project where people need a temporary or permanent space for changing clothes and personal hygiene. Equipped with all the necessary facilities, such as showers, lockers, and rest areas.
Access control points: Designed to offer practical and efficient solutions for controlling access or monitoring sensitive areas. They combine robustness, comfort, and security in a compact space, and can be equipped with integrated video surveillance systems, panoramic windows, and even thermal and acoustic insulation.
Renewable energy storage containers: A comprehensive solution for housing battery systems that supply energy in photovoltaic and wind plants. They can include both the batteries and other key components such as BMS management systems, inverters, EMS management systems, climate control, and fire protection. They can also be sized and customized to any scale and construction requirement.
Waste storage spaces: Modules that can be quickly implemented and commissioned, ensuring safe, segregated, and sealed storage in compliance with current regulations, while enabling control and traceability of the waste management process. Their installation does not require civil works, and the modules can later be relocated, expanded, or reconfigured according to maintenance, repowering, or end-of-life project needs.
