Enercluster welcomed to Navarra today Alessandro Polito, Deputy Head of Unit at the European Commission’s DG GROW, and Marcos Escudero, Deputy Director of Industrial Strategy and Ecosystems at the Ministry of Industry and Tourism.
The visit offered a tour of part of Navarra’s renewable industry: a pioneering fabric, developed over decades, whose value chain spans manufacturing, technological development and research across different technologies.
During the visit, participants exchanged views on the current state of the renewable industry and on the importance of continuing to strengthen in Europe an industrial capacity that is essential to the energy transition.
The visit was made possible with the collaboration of Montse Guerrero Pérez (Sodena) and Delia Sola Giménez (Government of Navarra), together with the teams of Ingeteam, Nordex Group, Nordex Electrolyzers and the National Renewable Energy Centre (CENER).
With this meeting, Enercluster reinforces the visibility of Navarra’s renewable industry before European and national institutions.
