The Association of Women Business Owners and Executives of Navarra (AMEDNA/NEEZE) has awarded the 2024 Navarra Businesswoman of the Year prize to Yolanda Torres, vice president of the MTorres Group—an Enercluster member company—in recognition of her leadership at an international benchmark in industrial automation and aerospace technology.
Since joining the group in 1991, Yolanda Torres has driven its global expansion, technological innovation and team cohesion across seven countries. Under her leadership, MTorres has achieved sustained growth, doubling its revenue between 2021 and 2024, while strengthening its commitment to sustainability, equality and talent development.
Beyond her business career, Torres chairs the MTorres Foundation, which channels social, educational and international cooperation projects with a focus on children and the most vulnerable groups.
This recognition comes in a particularly significant year for the group, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary and consolidating its position as one of Navarra’s most internationally projected companies in the technological and industrial fields.
