Eosol Group enters a new phase with the renewal of its management team

El grupo Eosol inicia una nueva etapa con la renovación de su equipo directivo

Our associated company Eosol Group has announced a renewal of its top management team at a key moment of growth and international diversification. Iker Gómez and Iñigo Erquicia have been appointed as the Group’s new Managing Directors, taking over from Bruno Bernal and Aitor Erquicia, who now join the newly established Board of Directors.

Bruno Bernal, one of Eosol’s founders, will serve as Chairman of the Board, while Aitor Erquicia will take on the roles of Board Member and Secretary, positions he combines with his responsibilities as President of Enercluster. This transition reinforces a governance model aimed at consolidating the Group’s growth and addressing new technological and industrial challenges.

Iker Gómez, a Telecommunications Engineering graduate from the Public University of Navarra (UPNA), joined Eosol in 2016 and has since led the development of Eosol Tech, the business unit specialised in software, industrial automation, digital infrastructure management and advanced technological projects. Throughout his career, he has driven initiatives in various international markets and sectors such as photovoltaics, wind energy and the chemical industry, while also serving as Corporate Director of Innovation and Digital Transformation.

Iñigo Erquicia, who has been part of the Group since 2010, has held various roles related to financial management, business development and international operations. Since 2022, he has led Eosol Services, the division providing technical supervision, operation and maintenance of energy assets, energy efficiency solutions and industrial maintenance services, both in the renewable and industrial sectors.

This management reorganisation takes place in a context of the Group’s strategic expansion. In 2025, Eosol created its fourth subsidiary, Eosol Aerospace, with the aim of starting the manufacture of satellite antennas from 2028 onwards, opening up a new line of activity in the aerospace sector.
