WINDTOOLS has been working since 2017 to provide solutions to the renewable energy sector from a practical, ergonomic and economic perspective.
A team made up of staff with more than 20 years of experience in the sector and applying the knowledge acquired in all areas of this industry.
We design and manufacture tools and tools to carry out the work in the safest and most ergonomic way possible, thinking about transport, storage and use. We deliver each tool with a detailed and graphic procedure so that it can be used safely and efficiently anywhere in the world.
Our R+D department works on prototypes in areas as diverse as communication in remote areas without coverage, cleaning of wind turbine towers or interior inspection of blades, following the same philosophy as in the design of tools.
In the predictive maintenance section, we have a pioneering solution in the measurement and analysis of vibrations for both HYDRO and WIND, which in the latter case includes the sampling of the Pitch bearing. We also distribute and install an innovative fire auto-extinguishing system without annual maintenance, which drastically reduces the economic impact of these facilities.
