Increase in companies’ dimension, in response to the trend of concentration in the value chain which will require greater volumes to maintain competitiveness.

Increase in added value, as a lever for improving the current offer and also access to customers and the necessary volumes to reach the required levels of competitiveness.

LOYALTY AND COMPETITIVENESS

Improvement of all those factors of territory that can influence the loyalty and competitiveness of the organizations that make up the wind sector in the region.

STRATEGIC LINES OF ACTION

The activity lines that are based on 4 objectives of ENERCLUSTER are:

1.Products and equipment

Standardization of systems and components between suppliers and OEMs (one or several OEMs, and in this case through common platforms between the manufacturers), looking for international homologation.

2.Production processes and O&M

Improvement in traditional processes (lean manufacturing, logistics, etc.) and digital transformation both in the processes themselves and in the products (components, sub-systems) and/or in asset management.

3.International presence

Promotion of the international activity companies of Navarre both in export mode and in implantation mode in target markets.

4.Related diversification

Encouraging diversification in markets, products and services, giving priority to existing customers and, only to a lower extent, to new customers.

5.System and modules development

Promotion of the technical development of more complete and integrated systems based on advanced and collaborative engineering activities between suppliers, and between suppliers and OEMs.

6.More integration with the client

Promotion of shared activities between suppliers and local OEMs both in technical development (design and engineering) and accompanying in international markets as a support to them.

7.Equipment/support infrastructures

Strengthening both the scientific-technological infrastructure (experimental parks, demonstration projects, etc.) and the scientific-technological offer itself to suppliers (technology transfer, support services, etc.)

8. Necessary support public measures

Interlocution with Public Administrations with competences in the wind sector at all levels (Navarra, Spain and Europe) and in all areas susceptible of improvement (collaboration, tax, R&D&I, logistics, etc).
